How long will it take to onboard my new sites?

Getting Started: First off, please add your site with all the necessary details about your website. We want to know everything from how it's currently set up to any special features or goals you have in mind.

Checking Things Out: Once we've got your login info, our team will take a close look at every page of your site. We're checking for any glitches or security issuess that need fixing.

Backing Up: Safety first! We'll set up a backup system for your site, so if anything unexpected happens, we've got you covered.

Testing: We'll create a staging site "testing area" on our servers to try out any changes or updates. This way, we can make sure everything works perfectly before it goes live.

Keeping Safe: Your site's security is super important to us. We'll set up extra protection by setting up a firewall on your site with the rules depending on your site and server.

Updates: We'll make sure all your plugins, themes, and the WordPress core itself are up to date. But don't worry, we'll test everything out first to avoid any issues.

Optimization: We'll work on optimizing your site's speed, ensuring that it loads quickly and smoothly for your visitors. This might involve compressing images, minifying code, and optimizing server settings other than setting up an optimization plugin.

Keeping Watch: Once everything's set up, your site will be added to our onboarding queue. We'll make sure it's updated regularly (weekly basis), monitored every minute, and scanned daily for any security threats.

Timeline: This whole process usually takes between a few days to up to two weeks (during promotions and a high volume of requests). It depends on how complex your site is and how busy things are around here (during our promotions, we experience a high volume of requests).
