What's included with eCommerce, and Membership Support?


Note: If you need help with an eCommerce website, then you should have access to our Care Premium or higher Care Plans, and if you need help with a Membership Website, then you should have access to our E-Care or higher Care Plans.

Our team can help you with the following:

  1. Configuring Plugin Settings, Payment Gateways (if all the details are provided).
  2. Anything can be edited that already exists on the site (all the details should be provided to edit the content, including the link to the page where it can be edited, and the content)
  3. Assigning Shop, Checkout, and User pages

Not Included:

  1. Designing a New Page (even a single section - requires our design addon)
  2. Testing Payments (we can help with configuring settings, but testing payments will not be made on our side)
  3. Configuring Settings in the Payment Gateway Dashboard (our team can help with configuring inside the WP Dashboard)
  4. Creating Email Templates, or Notifications
