So, what is a WordPress Care Plan?

It's like having a team of WordPress Experts, Designers, Security Engineers, and developers who take care of everything behind the scenes, so you can focus on what you do best. Our plans are designed to keep your website up-to-date and secure. From security updates to performance tweaks, our plans got you covered.

Now, our Care Plans come with different options, so you can pick the one that suits your needs. It's all about getting the level of support and features that fit your website needs.

Weekly Updates

Your websites get a refresh every week. This means we'll keep everything up to date – from themes and plugins to the core of your site.

Daily Backups

All our Care Plans include daily backups. This means we'll create a backup of your website every day, and we'll keep these backups safe on our super secure S3 Cloud Server.

Uptime Monitoring

Our Care Plans include an Uptime Monitor, and the dedicated system keeps a constant eye on your websites 24/7. And if the problem is caused by your hosting or the server, we'll give you a heads-up right away.

Google Analytics Setup

If you're looking to set up Google Analytics on your website to keep tabs on events, we're here to help. We can get Google Analytics up and running for you in a couple of ways: either by using a plugin like Analytify or even without any plugins at all. Just let us know what works best for you!

Security Optimization

When it comes to websites, security takes the front seat. With our Care Plans, we've got your back with Security Optimization. Our team is all about safeguarding your website from hackers and malware. Our team will set up firewalls, fix permission issues, remove any unwanted files, etc. It's important to mention, though, that while we can't solve every security problem caused by scripts, outdated themes, and plugins, we're experts at keeping your site secure and striving to make it practically unhackable.

Malware Removal

Website hacks have unfortunately become quite common. But worry not – that's where our team steps in. After you've added your site to your account, our team will dive into a comprehensive site and security audit. If we have found any malware on your website, our team will proceed with removing the malware and improving the security of the site to make it more secure to avoid security issues in the future. Please note that our team will require access to your host/server, SSH and database to clean your website.

Website Edits

Unlimited edits do include edits to content, changing plugin settings, and CSS adjustments. They do not include custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc.), updating custom code, graphic design, designing a new page, creating content, PSD to WordPress, creating new sections, elements, or building out a new website. If you are selling Memberships on your website, then we can help with configuring memberships, payment gateways, account pages, etc.

eCommerce Sites

We can help with adding products to your WooCommerce Store, Configuring WooCommerce Settings, Payment Gateways, assigning pages, etc.

Image Optimization

You need to keep images on your website optimized to improve your website speed, and we can help with optimizing images on your website. Our Care Plans do include Smush Pro (Image Optimization Plugin), and when manual optimization (image resizing) is required, our team will resize the original images manually using Smush Pro.

Speed Optimization

The speed of your website has a direct impact on your sales and conversions – it's a game-changer. That's why keeping your website optimized is important. Our team is here to take the steps to optimize your website speed. We dive into optimizing your website, from tweaking your website's JS, CSS, and HTML to giving those images the perfect speed boost. So, a high-performance website that keeps your visitors engaged and clicking that 'buy' button. But please note that, every server and site's are different, and we may not be able to optimize all the websites to be loaded so quickly.


WP Multisite

In our more advanced Care tiers, we offer the WP Multisite option – a feature that lets us handle your multisite. If this is part of your Care Plan, here's the deal: When you've got 5 sites under your Multisite network, we consider them as a single website (1 Website Credit). This is to ensure that all the sites within the network work fine after those plugins, themes, and core updates. 

  • Backups are site-wide (entire network)
  • If your Care Plans doesn't include a Multisite option, then every site under the network will be counted as one site

Custom WP Sites

If you're using custom themes or plugins that are tailor-made for your business, we count those sites as custom sites. The reason is simple: these custom codes need extra attention due to the fact that custom themes and plugins aren't being updated regularly like the standard ones.


Private Label Support

We offer Private Labeled Support options that allow you to customize the support experience with your company’s branding.

  1. White Label Email Support: With our White Label Email Support, you can use your company’s support email address for all communication with your clients. You can set up an email address, such as support@yourbrand.com, and then set up email forwarding to our support email, ensuring that your clients receive support directly from your brand. This personalized approach helps maintain brand consistency and strengthens the relationship between your business and your clients.

  2. White Labeled Support Center: We will customize the support center to match your company’s branding, including logos, colors, and other visual elements. Your clients can access a dedicated support portal that reflects your brand identity, making it a seamless extension of your service.

  3. White Labeled Live Chat Support (Addon): In addition to email support, we offer the option to add White Labeled Live Chat Support to your support services. With this addon, you can provide real-time assistance to your clients through a live chat feature on your website. The chat widget will be customized with your branding, maintaining a cohesive and personalized support experience. Please note that the White Labeled Live Chat Support is available as an add-on, and the specifics of this service can be discussed with our support team.

      All our Care Plans include 24/7 Live Chat, Email, WhatsApp and Ticket Support. We can help with fixing issues on your website, Website Edits, configuring plugins, etc.
