White-Label Ticket Support - How to Request & Set Up
PrettyWP provides a fully white-label Support Center (your branded ticket portal). To provision and brand your support center we need you to submit setup details.
Submit the White-Label Setup Form (Required)
To start the setup, submit this form: https://survey.prettywp.com/White-Label/Setup/
This form must be completed. After submission the PrettyWP team will provision your portal and share DNS records (IP / CNAME) and further instructions to point your domain.
What PrettyWP provides after the form
- Provisioned white-label support portal under your requested subdomain
- DNS records (IP / CNAME) to add in your DNS provider
- Private Label settings preconfigured (logo, colors, theme) once DNS propagates
- Access for your listed admin users to view & manage client tickets
Add Clients & Registration Notes
Clients are not created automatically. You can either:
- Add clients via the PrettyWP dashboard
- Ask clients to self-register at https://yourdomain.com/register (the register page only appears when logged out).
When you add a client from the dashboard they receive a set-password email only if SMTP is configured.
