Can you help with support and customizations for dev and staging sites?

Yes, we do provide support and limited customizations for development and staging sites. However, please note that the support is limited and website edits are not available for dev and staging environments, as our Care Plans are primarily designed to fully support production sites. Dev and Staging sites will not be visible on the Partner Hub on the user end, but will be available on our end to provide support.
